At TRIANGLE HiFi Speakers, we want you to experience pure acoustic excellence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack your speakers in their original double-walled boxes and internal foam inserts to prevent any sonic or aesthetic damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
